  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. After this period, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only available for defective items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging.

  • Exclusions: Certain items can’t be returned, including gift cards and downloadable/digital products are non-returnable.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
